The Buxlow Friends are the group of parents and carers who support the work of the school.

The Mission Statement of the Buxlow Friends Parents’ Committee is as follows:

Buxlow Parents’ Committee is a self-elected group of volunteer parents from Reception to Year 6, who work with the school to organise events and activities throughout the year. We also support the school in the selection of new resources for our children, enabling them to maximise their achievements during their time here. As well as allowing them to fulfil their academic potential, we wish to help them explore their artistic talents and look after their wellbeing.

With help and support from the parent community, we can work towards these shared goals for our children. We are aware many of you are willing to help, even for restricted amounts of time, and so we are seeking Parent Representatives from each class who can feed back to us when able to do so.

Please contact us via if you can help in any way, and we would love to add you to our Parent Committee.
